Tier 01

Preventive Maintenance

Scheduled service intervals aligned to cumulative impression count and operating hours. Checklist-driven head inspection, ink-system flush, chiller circuit verification and optical alignment.

Tier 02

24/7 Remote Diagnostics

Connected-press telemetry monitors drive currents, head temperatures, ink viscosity and vibration signatures. Anomalies flag a Kodak Service engineer before operator-visible symptoms develop.

  • Root-cause reports for every incident
  • First-response median under four hours
Tier 03

Fogra & G7 Color Calibration

On-site color calibration to Fogra PSO or G7 master qualification, including ICC profile generation, device-link creation and Delta-E report against substrate and ink combination.

Tier 04

Operator & Maintenance Training

Structured courses for press operators, pre-press technicians and maintenance leads — delivered at Kodak training centres or on customer premises.
